Project Lead for Large Metrology Systems
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Lead to join our team and lead international customer projects in the field of large CMMs. This role will involve coordinating the installation of new ZEISS MMZ machines at customer sites, managing internal and external project stakeholders, and collaborating with customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Coordination: Oversee the coordination of all aspects of customer projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
* Stakeholder Management: Manage and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, product management, and other departments.
* Budget and Timeline Management: Ensure adherence to budget and timelines for all projects.
* Reporting and Data Maintenance: Regularly report on project progress and maintain accurate project data.
* Collaboration with Product Management: Work closely with product management to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Technical Degree: Completed technical degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
* Professional Experience: Several years of experience in managing complex customer projects, preferably in plant engineering, automation, maintenance & repair, or similar fields.
* Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication, teamwork, and conflict management skills, particularly in large companies.
* Initiative and Responsibility: High initiative, willingness to take responsibility, and ability to implement changes quickly.
* Working Style: Structured and independent working style.
* Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems.
* Languages: Fluent in English, both spoken and written; German is a plus.
* Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel for international assignments.
