International Marketing Director (m/w/divers)

These are your tasks:
7. Define and implement short-, mid-, and long-term product portfolio strategies aligned with the profit-for-purpose approach, driving innovation and contributing to social, environmental, and economic sustainability goals
8. Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for both Product Marketing and Target Group Marketing to strengthen brand positioning and achieve business objectives across international markets
9. Lead the planning and execution of data-driven 360° marketing campaigns (B2B & B2C)
10. Manage an insight- and strategy-driven product portfolio and ensure the successful planning and execution of product launches in coordination with product development, sales and marketing teams
11. Lead and mentor cross-functional marketing teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture aligned with our company values
12. Work closely with internal teams (e.g. Sales, Finance, R&D) and external partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives
13. Track and evaluate the performance of marketing strategies, campaigns, and product launches
14. Own and manage the marketing budget for Product and Target Group Marketing teams
This is your profile:
15. High level degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
16. Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing roles, ideally in the branded trade goods industry (FMCG or similar) with experience in sustainable and regenerative marketing
17. At least 5 years experience in leadership with leading cross-functional and international teams
18. Proven exposure in creating and implementing both B2B and B2C marketing strategies
19. Expertise in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
20. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in intercultural environments
21. Fluency in written and spoken German and English
