In Germany we are located in Radolfzell at the Lake of Constance and in Bottrop-Kirchhellen. At our location in Bottrop, we are looking for a Senior Manager Aftermarket and Service (m/f/d). The person will report directly to the Director Aftermarket & Service Europe. Your core responsibilities: Lead and develop the local Aftermarket & Service teams in Bottrop, including Technical Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Workshop and Claim Management, with a team of 9 people Identify, develop, and implement growth opportunities for aftermarket products and services in alignment with the global Aftermarket & Service strategy Deploy, support, promote and motivate employees appropriately to achieve goals Create and further develop the local service strategy as well as analyze and optimize business processes Initiate and implement business process improvements in close collaboration with the global Aftermarket organization and Business Development function Drive the local Aftermarket & Service organization and related processes to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction Proactively drive aftermarket sales, including spare parts, replacement pumps, field services, training programs, service agreements, and major overhauls Optimize and expand the Authorized Channel and Service Partner network Monitor, analyze, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to deliver business results and improve customer satisfaction Ensure Service and Aftermarket Growth within the region and control business with support of relevant KPI Your Qualifications : At least 8 years of experience in the aftermarket and service business in a relevant industry Proven leadership track-record Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Engineering or Business Administration Very high level of service orientation with a strong customer focus Strategic mindset and extensive process knowledge Knowledge of SAP / ERP and CRM related software, Profi[1]cient in MS Office Strong problem-solving skills, proven commercial know[1]how and negotiation skills Fluent in both German and English We offer: Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package An opportunity to work in a dynamic, forward-looking industry with strong growth potential • Company pension scheme Company fitness and company bike Flexible and dynamic work environment that encourages innovation, personal growth, and career development Company events such as the annual summer event A collaborative, supportive team culture that values your expertise and ideas Flexible working hours due to flextime and mobile office option
