Job Description: Senior Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer / BI Developer

We seek an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team and help drive data-driven decisions that propel our business forward.
Key Responsibilities
* The overarching responsibility is to utilize data to support decision-making in product and marketing domains.
* Whether you are a Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or BI Developer, we are looking for a strong allrounder who is willing to take over various tasks and is keen to learn.
* Build up and improve the data infrastructure.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to understand complex data requirements and develop solutions.
* Create dashboards and data tools to monitor game performance and identify improvement opportunities.
* Participate in product roadmap discussions to identify needs early and contribute proactively, instead of reacting only when requests come in.
* Support the marketing team with analytical insights, such as LTV forecasts, to optimize marketing campaigns and customer acquisition.
* Foster a data-driven culture by training team members in data analysis and interpretation.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, ideally within the mobile gaming industry or related B2C technology sectors.
* Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of at least one programming language, such as Python or R.
* Ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
* Experience with DWH like BigQuery or similar.
* Experience with BI tools like Looker Studio or similar.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply and clearly.
* Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Business acumen to derive actionable and impactful insights.
