Tasks
What the role involves:
In a nutshell: You become the right hand of our co-founders.
* Be a strategic sparring partner: from ideation to implementation, you’ll help drive key initiatives across the company.
* Lead projects end-to-end: improve processes, establish new business areas (e.g., Operations, Partnerships), and help us scale without friction.
* Act as a brand architect: contribute to shaping a gifting experience and consumer brand unlike any other.
* Take creative ownership: from storytelling to visuals, your ideas and instincts matter here.
* Build the future of gifting using AI tools, design thinking, and raw curiosity.
Requirements

* AI-savviness: from content creation to business automation, you explore tools that give you superpowers.
* Experience in fast-paced environments (startups, agencies, or your own side hustle) is a bonus – not a requirement.
* Fluency in German and English is a must.
