Topic Prioritization: Partner with the President to identify and prioritize high-value strategic topics, ensuring the leadership team's energy is focused on the most critical business levers. Global Alignment: Bridge the gap between disparate international stakeholders. You will utilize advanced influencing and negotiation skills to drive alignment across diverse business units and functions. Special Initiatives and Events: Lead high-priority ‘special projects’ that fall outside the scope of other departments. This includes confidential strategic reviews, strategic initiatives, and leadership events Management Governance: Drive the CDI Management governance framework. This includes defining governance structures, setting high-level agendas, overseeing meeting preparation, and ensuring rigorous follow-up on executive decisions. Executive Communications: Author high-level briefings and keynote presentations that translate complex business strategies into clear, actionable narratives for a global audience.
