About the Job
We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team in ensuring efficient order-to-cash operations, timely claim resolution and high service standards.
This role will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators and driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve service quality and process efficiency across regions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in customer service operations within manufacturing or B2B environments and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Customer Service team to ensure efficient order-to-cash operations and high service standards
* Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Improve service quality and process efficiency across regions
* Act as liaison between headquarters, sales business units, logistics teams and external customers
* Support supply chain projects through cross-functional coordination
Requirements
* Proven experience in customer service operations within manufacturing or B2B environments
* Strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes, logistics flows and claims management
* Proficient in SAP (SD module) and CRM systems (Salesforce Service Cloud)
* Good command of German and English; additional European languages an advantage
