Aufgaben
Design and implement scalable CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, including customization, configuration, and integration.
Drive the digital transformation of Lead-to-Quote processes using modern tools like Microsoft Sales Copilot and AI-based sales enablement.
Analyze business needs and translate them into effective CRM architecture and solution designs.
Lead system architecture and ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
Develop and maintain technical specifications, documentation, and integration designs in close coordination with the internal Dynamics administration team.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support business goals and manage release planning and continuous innovation.
Qualifikationen
Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM), including customization, configuration, workflows, and integrations.
Experience with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
Familiarity with Sales Copilot and AI-based sales enablement tools.
Background in sales processes (Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Pipeline Management).
Ability to bridge business requirements and technical delivery effectively.
Strong documentation, architecture, and stakeholder communication skills.
