We are seeking a motivated and hands‑on Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) to support our growing teams in Münster. This entry‑level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad experience in a dynamic, fast‑growing international environment. The role will serve as the local administrative point of contact, ensuring a well‑organized workspace, supporting employee‑related matters, and managing company fleet operations. The Administrative Assistant will report to the Regional HR Business Partner and collaborate closely with the international Admin/HR team.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate administration and office management across European locations
* Liaise with external office and facility service providers
* Manage fleet operations for company cars and bikes, including benefit rollout and policy implementation
* Maintain, update, and produce employee documentation and HR‑related data
* Administer employee benefits
* Support employee engagement initiatives (CSR, ESG, DEI, HR)
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and upkeep of the local office
* Assist with policy updates and roll‑outs
Candidate Profile
* Completed vocational training (e.g. Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann/-frau) or comparable qualification, OR minimum 3 years of experience in administration/office management
* Fluent German and good English skills (written and spoken)
* Structured, reliable, and service‑oriented working style
* Proactive mindset with ownership and initiative
* Comfortable working in an international, multi‑location environment (US, IND, UK)
