Job title: Technical/Maintenance manager
Location: Dusseldorf (On site)
Salary: €90k + package
We are working with a leading manufacturing business who are searching for a Technical Manager to run their on site department, leading a team of electricians and mechanics to support maintenance operations across the facility. As part of the leadership team in the factory this role is key to the successful running of the location, managing a team of strong technical experts and developing and rolling out maintenance strategies on the shop floor.
This role will suit a strong technical leader who has hands on operational experience in either mechanical or electrical engineering and previous experience leading a team is essential. You will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with a strong autonomous maintenance focus and an emphasis on process optimisation. The role requires a fluent German speaker as day to day operations are conducted in German.
Must have:
* Experience leading a technical team- of electrical and mechanical engineers
* Hands on experience in a maintenance function
* Good working knowledge of SAP or similar systems
* Fluent in English and German
