YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. You take on disciplinary leadership and build, develop and inspire a high-performing team in line with the Dr. Oetker leadership principles, fostering a motivating, appreciative and performance-driven work environment.
2. You define and drive the global leadership development strategy across all levels, from emerging leaders to executive leadership, and ensure sustainable capability building as well as strong leadership pipelines through succession planning.
3. You lead and shape organizational development initiatives, including cultural transformation, change management and the continuous strengthening of organizational effectiveness, and work closely with senior leadership to align organizational design and structures with strategic business goals.
4. You design and implement high-impact leadership programmes, assessment approaches and coaching frameworks, while enabling large-scale transformation initiatives such as reorganizations and digital transformation.
5. You establish and further develop frameworks for performance, engagement and organizational health, using data and insights to diagnose challenges, measure impact and derive effective measures.
6. You collaborate with and steer external partners such as consultancies and coaching providers, while building and leading a strong Organizational Development and Leadership team.
WHAT YOU BRING
7. You hold a master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (ideally with a focus on HR), Organizational Development, Psychology or a comparable field.
8. You have extensive experience in leadership development, organizational development or HR strategy, with a proven track record in driving transformation and building leadership capabilities.
9. You bring solid leadership experience, including the structural and people-related development of organizations, and demonstrate strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills at executive level.
10. You are experienced in working closely with C-level leaders in complex, international or matrix organizations and bring deep expertise in OD frameworks, change management approaches and leadership models.
11. You complement your profile with a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools such as ° feedback, talent assessments and engagement surveys.
12. You are fluent in English and enjoy working in an international environment.
