Our client team in the Europe is growing rapidly and we are looking to bring on board a Sales Engagement Director within the industry who love what they do, are good at it and are keen to be part of this journey. We are looking for talented professionals who can be part of our Hi-Tech segment. Within this segment, we have set ourselves very ambitious targets towards expanding our footprint in the Europe as a Major partner within the Hi-Tech accounts primarily focus. To achieve this, we are bringing our industry leading offerings, which in turn help our customers to drive differentiation in the marketplace. We are looking for someone who can help firm up the business development strategy and execute on the strategy to help us achieve our targets.
What will you do?
1. As a Sales Engagement Director you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the Sales lifecycle and will be intensely involved in Client Relationship Management and business development (80% Farming) into selling SAP solutions from IT point of Stand
2. Build sales plan, pursuit strategy, business pipeline and ensure in converting the pipeline with leadership to ensure target achievement
3. Client relationship management – managing relationships with key client personnel and CXOs and CXO -1, within client organization and ability to understand the organizational culture of the client
4. Selling concepts to the client and influencing the client to award business based on capability and track record in similar situations
5. Conduct research as well as competitor analysis to define strategies that can help enable favorable outcomes
6. Expert knowledge of MSA / Other contract process & standards and understand the nuances of MSAs and interdependencies to other business aspects
7. Conduct client presentations, workshops, and drive pricing ( gain share models, alternate models for new sourcing )
8. Provide necessary input for building alliances with relevant product / service vendors
Qualifications:
1. Track-record of successfully farming business solutions and client management in Hi Tech domain for SAP Solutions.
2. Strong Business Development (Farming current accounts) / Relationship management / Account management is required.
3. Strong Account Management experience where you have grown existing accounts.
4. Track record of interacting and building relationship with C / C-1 level client contacts.
5. Reasonable understanding of Global Delivery Model and IT service industry.
6. Selling into Hitech customers and buying organizations CIO, Product R&D is preferred
7. Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams’ desirable.
8. Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
9. Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
10. Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience.
11. Working with German customers is preferred
