The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting secure, scalable,and compliant mobile device management strategies across iOS, Android, and Windows platforms.Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement end-to-end MDM solutions using Microsoft Intune and MobileIron.- Develop architecture blueprints, technical roadmaps, and integration strategies with existing ITinfrastructure.- Define policies for device compliance, conditional access, and application protection.Implementation & Configuration- Lead deployment and configuration of MDM profiles, compliance policies, and app management.- Configure Apple Business Manager (ABM), Android Enterprise, and Windows Autopilot integrations.- Automate device enrollment and provisioning workflows.- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Provide expert guidance on MDM best practices, security hardening, and regulatory compliance (e.g.,GDPR, HIPAA).- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfers for internal teams or clients.Operations & Support- Monitor and troubleshoot MDM environments, ensuring high availability and performance.- Manage escalations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and change management records.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Proven experience with Microsoft Intune and MobileIron Core/Cloud platforms.- Strong understanding of iOS, Android, and Windows device management.- Experience with Azure AD, Conditional Access, Autopilot, Apple DEP, and Android Zero-Touch.- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash) for automation and reporting.- Familiarity with enterprise security standards and mobile threat defense (MTD) solutions.- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Certifications:- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (Intune)- Ivanti/MobileIron Certified Professional- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals #J-18808-Ljbffr
