Liner Operations Coordinator (m/f/d)
for our subsidiary Diamond Line GmbH, which is responsible for our European Feeder Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maximize vessel utilization by negotiating space arrangements and off-hire compensation with partners.
* Coordinate closely with Vessel Planners and operational teams to optimize stowage and loading plans.
* Keep Marketing, Agencies, and internal teams informed of any operational limitations or loading restrictions.
* Lead contingency planning during peak seasons and manage unplanned operational events in close contact with vessels.
* Monitor cargo flow, space availability, and load forecasts to ensure efficient capacity usage.
* Collaborate with Trade, Commercial, Pricing, and Equipment Teams to align operational priorities and drive seamless communication.
* Provide regular reporting and analysis on utilization, load factors, and operational performance.
* Ensure compliance with internal processes and global operational standards.
Qualifications:
* Experience in International Trade, Transport, or Logistics.
* Previous experience in the shipping or logistics sector is a plus.
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in IT tools, especially Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive attitude to anticipate and address challenges.
