Shopping Assistant (M/W/D)
Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Purchasing Manager to develop various products. You can actively contribute to their creation.

Tasks:
* Communicative interface between the Purchasing Manager, internal departments, and Lidl countries
* Support for the operational Purchasing Manager in the varied daily business, as well as pre- and post-processing of supplier meetings
* Sample management from order to placement and preparation for presentation purposes
* Maintenance and updating of relevant data in internal systems, including the creation of new articles
* Checking and administration of procurement-related documents in accordance with internal guidelines
* Preparation of analyses and negotiation documents for the Purchasing Manager
* Coordination of appointments and preparation of protocols
Your Profile:
* Completed commercial education with successful completion
* First professional experience in purchasing is beneficial
* Self-responsible, structured, and goal-oriented working method
* Secure handling of MS Office, particularly in Excel
* Willingness to be present on site for around 5 days a week
