Fleet-wide inspection and analysis of current housekeeping processes with regard to optimized workflows, and compliance with standards and budget requirements; Creating and monitoring of Housekeeping standards, briefing and training documents; Performing department-related market analyses and selection of housekeeping products; Completedvocational training with professional and management experience inthe hotel industry, or long-term experience a management position within the Housekeeping Department ; Experience in leading an international crew, ideally oninternational cruise ships; Fluentin English, both written and spoken; Experienceworking with IT systems on various platforms and proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word,PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint);
