We are looking to bring on board the Site Manager, responsible for the overall management and performance of the Site to achieve the financial, production, operational and S.The Site Manager will maintain the highest SHE standards, ensure operational excellence and production efficiency, lead an develop site personnel and manage stakeholder relationships and site performance.
Overall responsibility for the management of all staff including Operations, Laboratory, Engineering, Health and Safety and administrative support (a total of 40 staff).
Oversee training and development programs for all employees.
Ensure proper planning and execution of maintenance and shutdown activities.
Support project execution in collaboration with the project department.
Fluent in English.
