Your Role
As an SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant for the Service to Customer (S2C) area you will be responsible for our service processes and the Solution Architecture in SAP S/4HANA (Inhouse Repair, Returns Management, CRM Integration, ).
Additionally you will shape our SAP S/4HANA solution to perfectly support our global service processes. An exciting transformation project awaits you, involving the transition from the existing SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. In this role, you will primarily contribute to the development and implementation of the global template and work in a service hub for the rollout.
Furthermore you will
* Actively contribute on our global transformation program from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA and support the standardization and simplification of our global process landscape
* Be the central IT contact person for our business groups in the service area (Inhouse Repair, Returns Management, CRM Integration, )
* Work closely with the business groups to collect, review, and prioritize business needs in the service area for our ongoing SAP S/4HANA implementation
* Coordinate the implementation with the relevant parties
* Be in close coordination and collaboration with our internal and external consultants in a dynamic project environment
* Work on the integration of our S/4HANA service processes such as logistics, controlling, billing and CRM integration
Your Profile
* You have a degree in business informatics, business administration or a similar subject area
* You already have profound knowledge of sales and services processes, like service planning and execution, inhouse repair or returns management
* You have already experience in the implementation and customization of sales and service processes in SAP S/4HANA
* You are familiar with SAP customizing
* You have a strong ability to work in an international and cross-functional teams, paired with a consulting orientation and good communication skills
* Knowledge in the related processes such as logistics execution, sales and distribution, controlling, procurement or CRM (SAP / Salesforce) are a plus
* You speak English fluently
