The Stack
We are working with React (Typescript), NestJS, Node, Graphql (Hasura), Postgres and Python. We also have a team working exclusively with optimization (ortools, CPLEX,...) and AI (LLMs, tensorflow, langgraph, wandb.ai, ...).
About the role
Were looking for a part time Tech Recruiter & HR Coordinator to help us build and support an exceptional team. Youll manage key recruiting operations, shape candidate experience, and support the evolution of our people processes as we grow. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of operational work and strategic thinking and whos excited to work closely with the founding team in a fast paced, high trust environment.
What Youll Achieve
* Build and shape our recruiting function from the ground up from role profiles to final interviews
* Design and implement structured interview processes that reflect our values and prioritize a great candidate experience
* Coordinate and conduct candidate communication, scheduling, and feedback cycles
* Set up and maintain HR processes that scale: onboarding, employee data, contracts, compliance, and more
* Take ownership of day to day HR operations, working with tools like Personio and Notion
* Launch key initiatives like employer branding, an employee referral program, and team rituals
* Work closely with the founders to define our approach to people, culture, and scaling
What Youll Bring
1. Capability to speak English at least at C1 level and German at C2/ native
2. Experience in hiring technical roles and people operations
3. Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
4. Empathy, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills
5. Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
6. Comfortable using tools
