* You take on the leadership of a branch with great enthusiasm and take care of the professional guidance, organization, and motivation of your team consisting of 20–40 employees.
* You analyze central key figures professionally, optimize business processes, and continuously improve the performance of the branch.
* You ensure the implementation of our branch concepts and ensure that your branch convinces through excellent availability of goods, freshness, cleanliness, and high service quality.
* As a leader, it goes without saying that you set a good example and actively participate in the field yourself.
* Above all, training and development of your employees are on top of your agenda.
Your Profile
* Multifaceted professional experience in retail or a comparable industry with leadership experience in a similar responsible position.
* Team player with high sense of responsibility and the ability to motivate and inspire employees.
* Well-developed decision-making skills and result orientation.
* Readiness to work in flexible shift models on 5 working days/week.
