Tasks
* Keep the CEO's schedule organized and remind them of important meetings or deadlines.
* Book flights and accommodation
* Handle communication on behalf of the CEO, including emails and phone calls.
* Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for company meetings.
* Support the CEO in various research tasks and special projects as needed.
Requirements
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage the CEO's schedule and tasks efficiently.
* English necessary
* German is a plus
* Proficiency in using office software and tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling applications.
* Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role preferred but not necessary, especially in a fast-paced environment.
