As part of the opening of our new pop-up store in Munich from the end of August to the end of May, we are looking for the talents of a Stockist (M/F) for a Full time position. This position is based in Munich. Reporting to the Pop-up Manager, your main responsibilities will be: Ensure efficient stock management: • Ensure proper receipt of deliveries (unpacking, sorting, labeling, scanning, storage); • Record deliveries following processes; • Perform daily store replenishment in accordance with merchandising standards; • Ensure proper stockroom maintenance by guaranteeing rigorous and optimal organization; • Monitor the smooth running of transfer procedures between stores; • Participate in store inventories (rolling, monthly, fiscal); • Meet the needs of the sales team by bringing items requested by customers to the floor; • Ensure proper management of after-sales service (processing and refunds); • Oversee the sending of packages for repair; • Enter, scan and organize Click & Collect items; • Check pending Click & Collect orders (refunds, returns, customer follow-ups). Deliver a unique customer experience: • Have perfect knowledge of stock to meet Customer expectations as efficiently as possible; • Streamline the connection between the stockroom and sales floor through structured organization; • Ensure products are presented according to Octane standards; • Be an ambassador for the Brand's omnichannel approach (apartment and web); • Show curiosity and develop an in-depth knowledge of the Brand and products; • Know our CSR policy to respond to customers. Ensure brand image: • Participate in proper product presentation by highlighting new items; • Help the Visual Merchandiser or Visual Merchandising Liaison with preparation of new layouts; • Check the arrangement and labeling of products in the stockroom; • Ensure product quality through meticulous organization; • Suggest merchandising adjustments to optimize stock rotation; • Ensure daily supply to the Apartment and perfect organization of stockrooms. Requirements • You are autonomous and responsive, to optimize the arrangement of replenishment and new items; • Careful and diligent, you handle products with the utmost care; • You understand Retail challenges and don't hesitate to adapt quickly and efficiently; • Prioritization and time management don't scare you; • A good communicator, you respond to salespeople's requests to satisfy customer needs; • You enjoy teamwork?
