We are seeking a skilled IT Consultant for Process Digitization to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing digital process landscapes.
Job Description:
As an IT consultant, you will work closely with specialist departments to record, analyze, and optimize business processes. You will translate requirements into technical specifications for developers and IT teams, design and implement digitalization projects, and support the further development of our ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related systems.
Your Tasks:
* Recording, analysis, and optimization of business processes in close cooperation with specialist departments
* Translating requirements into technical specifications for developers and IT teams
* Design and implementation of digitalization projects (e.g., ERP/CRM optimizations, automations, workflow solutions)
* Support in the further development of our ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related systems (CRM, SharePoint, Power Platform)
* Management of small to medium-sized projects, including prioritization, documentation, and test coordination
* Closing collaboration with developers and IT administrators in the area of digitalization and transformation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have completed studies in the field of business informatics, computer science, or comparable qualification. Alternatively, you must have great interest in IT and business processes. Sound knowledge of business processes is essential, along with technical understanding in at least one of the following areas:
* ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
* Databases & interfaces (SQL, REST, API)
* Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Additionally, analytical thinking, ability to prepare complex requirements in a structured manner, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team are highly valued. Initial experience in project management or agile methods is considered an advantage.
