In this role, you will oversee the leasing of the Sony Center, which is undergoing a €200M+ market-leading redevelopment and repositioning. You will be responsible for developing the leasing strategy, leading broker relations, and managing all aspects of leasing transactions including prospecting, responding to inquiries, touring, drafting offers, lease negotiations, and managing tenant relations before, during, and after fit-out.You will be a key member of an engaged, high-reaching team—part of a world-class, winning culture that prioritizes people development and focuses on long-term growth.
