Seeking a Legal Expert in IP and IT Law
Your role will involve direct involvement in legal cases under senior team members' guidance. Key tasks include:
* Advising clients on technology, AI, media, and telecom law.
* Guiding clients through applicable data protection regulations.
* Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.
* Protecting, registering, and enforcing intellectual property rights.
* Representing clients in litigation proceedings.
You will collaborate with colleagues, assist in training junior lawyers, and contribute to knowledge sharing. After an initial period, you will manage files with increasing autonomy.
Requirements:
* A university degree in law (Bac + 5) preferably completed in two countries including France or Belgium.
* At least three years of professional experience in IP law, data protection, and new technologies.
* Fluency in French and English, German considered an advantage.
* Intellectual agility, analytical mind, and excellent legal knowledge.
