We are seeking for Chef De Partie(m/w/d)🍋🍋, with immediate availability, preferably with a strong background in hospitality, gastronomy and customer service.

Your Mission :
* Stock and inventory management, and understanding of food cost
* Basic knowledge of the group's artistic direction
* Quality control and supervision of mise en place, knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations
* Management of the pass and service
* Knowledge of advanced cooking techniques, recipe reproduction, and knowledge of fresh pasta
* Training of junior staff, onboarding, and team motivation
