As Golding sets its sights on growth, we are seeking a Senior Solutions Analyst / Architect (m/f/d) to bolster our committed Operations Team at our Munich location at the earliest opportunity.

* Conduct cross-organisational analysis to understand business requirements and translate them into IT requirements in alignment with our application architecture.
* Enable and support AI adoption for business and IT, creating and enhancing the Golding AI portfolio.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document complex business requirements, ensuring they align with strategic objectives, architecture and IT capabilities.
* Analyse and architect existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance business performance.
* Work closely with IT teams to ensure successful implementation of business requirements into technical specifications.
* Facilitate communication between business units and IT, acting as a bridge to ensure mutual understanding and alignment on project goals.
* Lead workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, validate solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, process flows, and user stories.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in the development and implementation of IT solutions.
* Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend new solutions and improvements.
* Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Solution Architect with a focus on IT systems and cross-organisational projects.
* Strong understanding of IT systems, applications, and architecture, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
* Experience working in an agile development environment.
* Professional level of English; at least basic knowledge of German is an advantage for effective communication.
