Job Title: Senior Director Luxury Fashion Sales
Lead the luxury fashion sales team and execute business strategies to increase brand authentication and market share growth.
* Manage global above-market Y3 business
* Maximize Y-3 BU investment through suitable channels
* Redevelop account base and DTC doors aligned to Y-3 strategy
* Global management of selected collaborations and partner accounts
* Responsible for NAM & EMEA WHS business for Yohji Yamamoto
Y3 Mono Brand Stores:
* Define growth strategy for Y-3 mono brand store business
* Operational management of Franchise partner business – store opening, sell in, sell out
* Distribution expansion and interaction management with partners and internal stakeholders
* Manage North American and Japan Y-3 own retail stores, including concessions and outlets
* Define influencer channel role for targeted categories in collaboration with BU's, Markets and Marketplace teams
* Sharpen R&R with Statement BU on allocation veto, collaboration distribution input
* Establish global support function for Influencer A/C plans by category delivering enablers for market and account success
* Ensure best practice transfer across regions and across different BU divisions in Fashion and Sport Specialty channels
* Create and implement short, medium, and long-term commercial strategies for Global Specialty customer portfolio
* Manage sell in process and agree on sell out support. Ensure formalization of agreements by signing off account/distributor
* Negotiate and implement commercial terms according to respective Global WHS policy
* Ensure optimal distribution of adidas Group
Team & Culture:
* Execute against efficient and effective organizational structure per company blueprint
* Regularly identify and develop talents, create realistic succession scenarios leveraging company-aligned processes
* Act as role model in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, adidas Fair Play Code of Conduct, and other internal policies
* Manage, recruit for, and develop global specialty organization to achieve all relevant targets

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects, ideally with Marketing, Sales or Operations experience
* Ability to think strategically, anticipate problems, synthesize complex data, and develop innovative solutions
* High degree of commercial and business acumen
* Strong communication and facilitation skills. High personal impact and high communication skills.
* Ability to deliver effective presentations on complex topics to diverse audiences
* Ability to manage through change, make decisions, and act comfortably with risk and uncertainty
* Ability/proven track record of P&L management
* Negotiation skills, composure, and representation abilities
* Strong Team Player with proven ability to work cross-functionally to achieve goals and objectives
* Strong interpersonal skills (e.g., communication, collaboration)
* Fluent in written and spoken English is a must
Minimum 12+ years of sales/marketing experience within global matrix organization
Preferable experience in wholesale sports and/or apparel industry, luxury fashion industry, or other consumer goods
Min. 8+ years leadership experience successfully leading, managing, and developing a team
Ideally experience in global & market roles
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree
