About the role:
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Working Student to join our team and support our bilingual content and social media activities.
In this role, you’ll help us create high-quality German and English content, contribute to our online presence, and ensure that our communication remains accurate, engaging, and aligned with our mission. This is a great opportunity if you’re passionate about digital communication, enjoy writing and organizing content, and want to gain hands-on experience in an international healthcare company. Possibility to start as an intern and switch to a working student position later.
Tasks
As a Working Student - Social Media and Content Creation (f/m/d), you would be responsible for:
* Helping with drafting and adapting content such as short blog snippets, website texts, social media captions, or simple newsletter sections.
* Supporting our team by preparing drafts for posts, helping schedule content, and keeping an eye on comments and community activity.
* Assisting with checking texts for clarity, basic accuracy, and readability. No expert knowledge needed, just a good eye for language.
* Helping the team with small research tasks, organizing information, updating spreadsheets, and other administrative work that helps us prepare campaigns.
* If you have interest or background in health/medical topics, you can assist with simple checks or preparations of scientifically oriented content.
Requirements
We would like you to have:
* Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
* Current enrollment at university in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration, Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Pharmacy, Medicine) or similar.
* Strong writing and communication skills, with an interest in online marketing and digital storytelling.
* Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and confidence in organizing and presenting information.
* A proactive and structured mindset, you enjoy keeping things organized and meeting deadlines.
* A team player mindset that brings creativity, curiosity, and attention to detail.
