About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Interim Medical Advisor to support our client's medical affairs in Germany, specializing in Stem Cell Therapy. This pivotal role provides medical expertise, fosters strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders, and drives cross-functional collaboration for successful market presence.
Key Responsibilities
* Medical responsibility for existing products, new launches, and label extensions in Stem Cell Therapy.
* Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), key opinion leaders (KOLs), patient groups, and professional organizations.
* Deliver medical expertise and product training for Key Account Managers (KAMs), including joint customer visits and independent engagement with HCPs and patient organizations.
* Represent the company at medical congresses and scientific events, including as a speaker.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with national and international teams, especially Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and related functions.
* Develop and implement medical strategies for the local market in alignment with marketing and international colleagues.
* Monitor the relevant market and ongoing clinical studies.
* Share responsibility for pharmacovigilance (PV) case assessment and documentation, and respond to medical inquiries from physicians and other stakeholders in close cooperation with (inter)national teams.
Requirements
* Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences.
* Experience in the medical department of a pharmaceutical company.
* Expertise in stem cell therapy.
* Experience with product launches or supporting new products, ideally in Internal Medicine, Rare Diseases, Oncology, and/or Intensive Care.
* Passion for scientific communication, discussion, and networking.
* Strong project management and presentation skills with a convincing presence.
