In combination with this job offer, you can study the SIBE Management Master - M.Sc. in International Management, the German-US Dual Degree - M.Sc./MBA or the SIBE Digitalization Master - M.Sc. in Digital Leadership. You provide comprehensive executive support including preparation of meetings and workshops, alignment with key stakeholders, and documentation of workshops You schedule and coordinate high-level meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items You draft presentations, reports, and correspondence ensuring clarity and professionalism You maintain accurate records, files, and documentation with high attention to detail You act as the primary liaison between the SVP and internal/external stakeholders You support cross-functional projects and ensure timely follow-up on key deliverables, and organize team events, off-sites, and leadership sessions as needed What should you bring along? You have a (completed) Bachelor's degree and first experience in supporting senior executives or willingness to grow in this area, preferably in a technology or product-driven environment You ideally have first experience in a global organization and a good understanding of product development, engineering processes, and operational workflows You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools like Slack, Confluence, and project management software You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a hands-on mentality You have the ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders You have exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail, and a high level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information You are proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills You are fluent in English (at least C1), German is a plus What do we offer?
