RESPONSIBILITIES:
•70% Design and Integration of Helicopter Mechanical/Electrical Systems using CATIA V5 and Enovia VPM including creation of Partlist (BoM) and release management in SAP
•30% writing of technical documents
•In this role you will support the team in Safran Engineering Services (Donauwörth, Germany) for Airbus Helicopters projects
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
•Design and integration of Helicopter mechanical and electrical systems (such as Communication/Navigation and Lighting Equipment) in CATIA V5
•Design of brackets (sheet metal and/or milled parts) for new installations
•Creation of 3D data and 2D drawings (Single Part / Sub-assembly / Installation drawings)
•Creation of parts list or BoM (Bill of Material)
•CAD data management in Enovia VPM and release management in SAP/Winchill
•Review of supplier documents/datasheets (drawings, wiring diagrams, qualification docs, etc)
•Writing of Engineering/Technical documents such as Technical Notes, Project Descriptions, Certification documents
