We sell not just instruments, we sell dreams. As the Head of Marketing Communication (m/w/d) you will be the strategic director behind our brand, leading your interdisciplinary team and constantly challenging the status quo to inspire musicians worldwide.
Responsibilities
* You take over brand management and strengthen the brand.
* You are responsible for all marketing activities (on- and offline) under the Thomann brand, including corporate communication, e-commerce, trade support and campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.
* Regularly question the status quo and conduct evaluation and optimization of our communication measures.
* Plan and steer PR measures.
* Identify and build new growth opportunities (strategically for brand and target groups), for instance by expanding social‑media accounts.
* Manage interfaces to other business areas and steer the selection and cooperation with external service providers such as creative and media agencies.
* You take over interdisciplinary leadership and strategic development of the team.
Profile
* Multiple years of leadership experience in marketing, preferably complemented by a successfully completed degree.
* Demonstrated success in developing communication and/or online marketing strategies on an international level.
* Leadership qualities with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
* Strong analytical mindset and solid numeracy skills.
* Structured, independent working style with assertiveness, high self‑motivation, autonomy and an agile mindset.
* Creative thinker willing to experiment with new formats.
* Excellent communication skills in German and English.
