You’ll work alongside serial entrepreneurs and an inspiring management team from ex-Delivery Hero, Forto, McKinsey, and BCG.
Activities
* Build your own customer base and drive B2B business development through outbound sales.
* Facilitate and oversee transactions on the marketplace to ensure seamless trade between buyers and suppliers.
* Collaborate with both buyers and suppliers to address any issues, inquiries, or challenges that may arise during the trading process.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both buyers and suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.
* Address any concerns or feedback from clients and work towards effective problem resolution.
* Work closely with the technology team to provide feedback on platform functionality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus
* You have prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Account Management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* You demonstrate fluent German skills and strong verbal and written communication skills in English
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
* A basic understanding of national and international trade and supply chain management is a plus.

You will join the DACH growth team, and will be reporting to our Head of Sales DACH.
