What you’ll do
* Run EquiMatch’s AI workflows to surface and score target companies.
* Translate buyer criteria into searches; review outputs and curate short-lists.
* Launch outreach (email/SMS/letters) using playbooks; A/B test and iterate.
* Speak with owners/founders to qualify interest and fit; book vetting calls.
Prior experience
* Experience with Microsoft tools.
* Prompt engineering.
* Organized and data driven.
* Must be fluent in English; additional European languages are a must (preference for German and French).
* Great communication skills.
Nice to have
* Experience in communication / sales.
* Financial degree or prior M&A experience.
