YOUR TASKS
* Receive materials and verify delivery documentation (delivery notes, invoices, shipment volumes)
* Carry out physical and system-based checks to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance of goods
* Load and unload trucks in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner
* Organize, monitor, and maintain comprehensive inventory records
* Complete and update logistics control spreadsheets and reports on a daily basis
* Support administrative logistics processes and associated documentation
* Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders in both German and English
YOUR PROFILE
* Completed secondary education; a technical qualification in Logistics is an advantage
* Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations
* Confident handling of Excel and/or ERP systems
* Fluent in English; German at a working proficiency level (B2+) is a plus
* Basic understanding of safety regulations and operational procedures
* Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
* Structured, process‑oriented, and reliable working style
* Proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, team‑oriented environment
