For a modern, digitally built product environment with a strong focus on innovation, we are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Tech Lead personality. You will take on technological responsibility, strengthen teams from a technical perspective, and actively explore the potential of AI-driven features and agentic systems.
Your Role
You will take on the technical leadership role within an interdisciplinary product team. You will define the technical direction, make architectural decisions, coach engineers in their daily work, and stay close enough to the code to dive deep whenever needed.
We are explicitly not looking for a classic people manager or a pure senior developer. Instead, we are looking for a pragmatic Tech Lead with leadership impact, hands-on credibility, and a strong interest in modern technologies.
Your Responsibilities
🚀 Further development of a modern fullstack product based on TypeScript/React/ Node
🧩 Ownership of architecture, technical concepts, and sustainable solution designs
🤝 Technical leadership and further development of the engineering team
🔍 Supporting the team with technical challenges, reviews, and implementation questions
⚙️ Helping shape an environment with high autonomy, strong ownership, and real responsibility
📈 Working according to the principle “You build it, you run it” — including operations, stability, monitoring, and quality
Your Profile
Must-haves
-Several years of experience in developing modern web products — around 8+ years
-At least 2–3 years of experience in technical leadership
-Very strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and Node.js
-Experience in technical conception and architecture of modern systems
-Frontend understanding with TypeScript, ideally React — alternatively Angular or Vue
-Hands-on mentality: you can not only lead, but also develop at a high technical level
-Strong communication skills, ownership, decision-making ability, and the ability to guide a team technically
