Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the global SLV sales strategy
* Lead key sales projects in close coordination with the executive board, international and cross-departmental stakeholders
* Optimize the sales operating model to improve effectiveness and efficiency
* Continuous optimization of SLV's international CRM Salesforce
* Responsibility for KPI-based tracking and performance optimization
* Lead and develop a dedicated strategic sales team
Your Profile:
* 5–7 years experience in management consulting or a comparable internal company role
* Master's degree in business, administration/management or comparable field of study
* Strong analytical and conceptual project management skills, structured way of working
* Excellent MS Office skills, hands-on mentality, flexibility
* Ability to prepare and communicate complex issues in a way that is tailored to the target group
* Fluent in English and German (additional languages are a plus)
* Willingness to travel internationally
