We are now looking for an experienced (Sr) Sales Representative (all genders) for our Packaging & Hygiene Solutions segment in South Germany.
The Packaging and Hygiene Solutions business unit focuses on, among others, the growing renewable solutions market, particularly packaging, where Kemira’s renewable product offering supports customers on their sustainability journey.
Your responsibilities:
1. Your main task will be to drive the sales of chemicals to pulp and paper mills in the region of South/ West Germany, focusing on technical sales aspects.
2. You will be responsible for the maintenance and development of existing customers and acquisition of new applications and respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries.
3. You will monitor our market and work with an international team of application experts.
What you’ll bring to the team:
4. Bachelor's degree, preferably in paper engineering, chemistry or similar.
5. In-depth knowledge of the technical aspects of the papermaking process and extensive work experience in the paper industry with a strong interest in selling chemicals
6. Very good negotiating skills and a high degree of customer and service orientation
7. Fluent negotiation skills in German and English
8. Willingness to travel (up to 70% of the job within Germany)
