Description
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team at Just Spices in Düsseldorf as a Project & Transformation Manager (f/m/d). In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives, improve company processes, and support the executive leadership team. You will manage cross-functional projects and help align teams within Just Spices and across Kraft Heinz.
Your Responsibilities
1. Post-merger projects: Coordinate integration and collaboration projects. Lead key initiatives with leadership and functional teams, e.g. integrating sales channels, S&OP processes, IT systems, HR projects, or international expansion.
2. Process optimization: Drive change management and introduce new standards for better ways of working, e.g. innovation processes, knowledge sharing, leadership routines.
3. Strategic projects: Lead special projects to grow the business (e.g. internationalization). Prepare presentations and storylines for the Leadership Team and company-wide events such as Townhalls or Kick-Offs.
Your Profile
4. At least 5 years of experience in retail, marketing, or strategy
5. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
6. Fluent in English
7. Strong knowledge of business management and business development
8. Confident use of Microsoft, Google, Asana, Miro, and Tableau
