Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in packaging technology and experience in project management.
* Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing sustainable, innovative, and competitive packaging solutions for our international launch projects. This includes product protection, production processes, costs, customer agreements, and current legislation.
* Key Deliverables:
The Packaging Engineer will be responsible for initiating and coordinating projects with internal business partners, ensuring the delivery of results in agreed quality and time. Additionally, the engineer will continuously optimize existing packaging, focusing on quality, cost-effectiveness, and customer requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Degree: A degree in Packaging Engineering or a related field is required.
* Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in the packaging technology field is necessary.
* Skills: The ideal candidate should have experienced knowledge about characteristics of packaging technologies, materials, and packing processes. Strong knowledge of packaging types made by fibers or plastics is also required.
* Perspectives: You should have an independent working style, commitment, ability to work in a team, and adherence to deadlines. Experienced project management skills, analytical skills, and team spirit are essential.
* Language: Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English are required.
