Mackinnon Bruce International are recruiting a HR Director for A well-established global industrial manufacturing business with a strong European footprint for one of its key manufacturing sites in the Stuttgart region. This is a strategic and hands-on position with oversight of a local HR team and full site responsibility for HR processes. The business is undergoing transformation and growth, and this role will play a pivotal part in shaping the people strategy as they scale across Europe.
