Key Responsibilities: Conduct advanced engineering research to develop innovative technologies, models, and prototypes, contributing to cutting-edge R&D programs and collaborative projects with industry and academic partners. Perform applied and fundamental research in core engineering domains Design experiments, simulations, and prototypes to validate concepts Develop algorithms, models, and technical solutions for real-world applications Publish research findings, patents, and technical reports Collaborate with cross-functional, international research teams Support grant proposals, funded research projects, and technology transfer Ensure compliance with research ethics, safety, and quality standards Candidate Profile: PhD or Master’s in Engineering (Computers, Robotics, AI, or related fields) Strong background in modeling, simulation, and experimental research Experience with tools such as MATLAB, Python, ANSYS, COMSOL, or similar Proven record of publications, patents, or applied research outcomes Industry-academia collaboration experience Knowledge of EU-funded research programs (Horizon Europe, DFG) Exposure to TRL-based development and technology commercialization Analytical thinking and problem-solving Scientific writing and presentation skills Innovation-driven mindset
