Your mission
1. Assist in creating and updating delivery schedules, tracking shipments, and coordinating follow-up deliveries.
2. Monitor project-related risks and help ensure timely follow-up on identified issues.
3. Contribute to the preparation of reports for various stakeholders.
4. Support the development and implementation of new project management processes.
5. Prepare evaluations and analyses and help track deadlines and planned milestones.
6. Assist with the preparation of presentations for management and project boards.
7. Document meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
8. Record and track lessons learned measures.
9. Help organize and prepare regular global project meetings (Jour Fixe) with project managers.
10. Provide assistance to project managers with project approvals and board presentations.
Your profile
11. Enrolled student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
12. First practical experience in project management is an advantage.
13. Very good command of English and German (C1 level); additional languages are a plus.
14. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
15. An analytical and structured way of working with attention to detail.
16. Strong organizational and communication skills.
17. Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn.
18. Team player with flexibility to work in an international environment.
