Job Overview
As a Systems Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of technical professionals and be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of complex systems. You will define system requirements, develop processes to ensure successful project outcomes, and generate documentation to facilitate communication between stakeholders. Your tasks will include reviewing current designs, proposing improvements, and performing analyses to evaluate performance and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of engineers in their assignments on a project
* Act as main point of contact for technical issues with project managers, customers, and other stakeholders
* Define system requirements and coordinated with project management teams
* Develop systems engineering processes and generate system engineering plans (SEPs)
Requirements:
* Master's degree in engineering, physics, or equivalent field
* Professional experience in satellite design is advantageous
* Self-management and proactive working style
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Fluency in written and spoken English and German
