Senior Finance Professional

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive profitability initiatives by implementing efficiency programs, reducing costs, and promoting process automation.
* Act as a trusted advisor to the Global CFO TechOps, supporting communication of financial topics to senior management and the Board.
* Collaborate closely with TechOps Leadership and Finance Leadership (Global and Local), acting as a link between these groups.
* Lead and develop the FP&A TechOps Team, challenge the status quo through process automation and tool enhancement, and act as Global Process Owner for COGS Calculation.
Requirements:
* Hold a Master's degree in economics with a focus on finance, controlling, or accounting, or a comparable qualification.
* Be experienced in interacting with top management in demanding settings and communicate effectively at senior level.
* Have a strong business partnering mentality with the maturity to balance facilitation and challenging the business.
* Be result-orientated and possess solid IT/finance skills including MS Office, SAP, and preferably PowerBI and Alteryx.
You are fluent in English and comfortable operating in an international and multicultural environment.
