Job Description We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director, Data & Analytics to lead a high-impact analytics organization supporting multiple markets and business functions. This role requires a proven leader with the ability to drive measurable business outcomes, scale data capabilities, and elevate analytics maturity across diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate is both a strategic partner and a hands-on leader—someone who can guide data-driven decision-making, optimize operational efficiency, and build advanced analytics frameworks that unlock growth opportunities. Create a culture that emphasizes continuous learning, effective communications and the delivery of consistently high quality work products. Stakeholder Partnerships: Build strong relationships with CIOs, Country MDs, VP of Quick Commerce and other key stakeholders, by demonstrating a holistic understanding of the business and strategic priorities. Operational Optimization: Shape and drive initiatives that improve operational performance deploying technical innovations (modeling, forecasting, automation etc.) to business problems. Prioritization: Prioritize initiatives on the basis of transparent principles for potential impact on business outcomes. Ensure the team is focused on the highest-value work. Data Quality and Consistency: Enable the team to find an optimal balance between speed and consistency with our broader ethos of avoiding multiple sources of truth and duplication of work products. Rigor: Review and elevate the work products of the team - advanced data models, storyboarded decks, dashboards.
