Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression of the company.
* Manage incoming calls and redirect them to appropriate departments or personnel promptly.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently and securely.
* Maintain and coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare spaces as needed.
* Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
* Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
* Collaborate with various teams to support office operations and communication flow.
Requirements
* Proven experience in front desk, receptionist, or administrative support roles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
