Medical Science Liaison in South Germany and Austria
In this role, in close collaboration with and reporting to the Head of Medical Affairs for DACH, you will be pivotal in establishing and nurturing relationships with key medical experts in Southern Germany and Austria. You'll work closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), physicians, and healthcare professionals (HCPs) to lead scientific discussions, support trial enrollment, and deliver educational programs and training. As the primary medical point of contact, you will leverage your scientific expertise to strengthen collaboration with the Key Account Management team and drive impactful customer engagement.
Gathering valuable medical insights from HCPs to identify local needs and shape strategies with actionable tactics
Developing and delivering comprehensive product education and medical-scientific information.
Supporting Key Account Managers (KAMs) in identifying and engaging influential experts in the field, and supporting clinical trials while ensuring compliance with local regulatory guidelines.
This is a highly collaborative role, where you will be a part of a cross-functional local team in the DACH region and Europe, as well as the global Medical Affairs team. Proven experience in Medical Affairs or Medical Science in the aesthetics or dermatology field
Expertise in developing and delivering medical training programs
Demonstrated ability to operate compliantly in a field-based role, effectively collaborating within both the medical and commercial organizations
Strong knowledge of clinical development processes
Fluency in English and German with excellent oral and written communication skills
