N'hésitez pas à nous solliciter. Vos missions We are looking for a visionary and results‑driven General Manager to lead one of Ceva’s strategic manufacturing sites. This is more than an operational role — it’s a transformation mandate. You will have full responsibility for site performance, compliance, and people development, while shaping the future of Ceva’s global manufacturing network. As General Manager (Geschäftsführer), you will oversee all site functions (including R&D and Global Industrial Development) with approximately 150 employees. This position is part of the Global International Manufacturing Operations (GIMO) Leadership Team and reports directly to the Senior Vice President for GIMO. Key responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the site’s strategic roadmap, considering risk analysis to ensure sustainable development and ensuring alignment with Ceva’s global objectives and long‑term growth ambitions Lead Transformation: Drive and sustain cultural and operational change to position the site as a benchmark for innovation and excellence Operational Performance: Drive continuous improvement in productivity, efficiency, and reliability across all manufacturing sites using operational excellence & digitalization as critical enablers Quality & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to GMP and regulatory requirements; act as the primary contact for inspections and audits Safety Leadership: Champion a culture of safety-first, ensuring all operations meet or exceed health and safety standards Cost Management: Optimize operational costs while maintaining high standards of product quality and service delivery Talent Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the site leadership team to build a high‑performing, engaged workforce Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Commercial, R&D, Quality and Supply Chain teams to align operations with business goals Why joining us?
